 1. Assist in Preparation and filing of Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and supporting documents: $500.00 (The filing fee of $320.00 must be paid to the Clerk of the Superior Court—this fee does not include the filing fee, which must be paid separately).
2. Assist in pro per client to prepare and file moving papers, such as Orders to Show Cause Re: Support, Modifications of Support, Changes in parenting plans or visitation and other motions, including declarations: $500.00.
3. Assist in preparation of responding documents (such as declarations, responses to motions and orders to show cause for persons in pro per: $500.00
4. Prepare Marital Settlement Agreement, incorporating your parenting plan, support provisions and division of marital property: $1,000.00
5. Mediation: $295.00 per hour—includes co-mediation between Thomas D. Ferreira, Attorney and Counselor at Law, and Brook Olsen, HHP, a mental health professional with expertise in parenting plans and the emotional aspects of divorce. Most mediations require 6 to 9 hours of actual time.
6. Assist in preparation of comprehensive parenting plan: $500.00.
7. Attorney representation for obtaining or opposing temporary orders, modification orders, support orders, or other limited representation in court: $2,500.00 retainer, billed by time at $295.00 per hour. Additional time will be billed separately.
8. Full representation through judgment (trial or settlement) Initial $5,000.00 retainer, with time billed out at $295.00 per hour. Full retainer agreement is available upon request.
